By entering this space, you are stepping into a circle of care, devotion, and integrity. The services I provide are rooted in Breathwork, Depth Hypnosis, Somatic Therapy, and other integrative healing modalities. While these practices may support emotional and spiritual wellbeing, they are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychiatric care, or professional therapy.

Agreement of Participation

By booking or participating in any session with me (Gabriela Nova), you agree:

༄ You are engaging in this work by your own free will.

༄ You acknowledge that I am not a licensed physician, psychologist, or psychiatrist.

༄ These offerings are intended as complementary, not as a replacement for
medical or mental health care.

༄ You are responsible for your own health, wellbeing, and decisions that arise
from this work.

Liability

I will always hold you with compassion and care, but I cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. By participating, you release me from liability for any physical, emotional, or psychological experiences that may arise during or after our work together.

Scheduling & Payment

༄ Sessions must be scheduled in advance.

༄ Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

༄ Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

Canadian Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, where my practice and insurance are held. By engaging in this work, you agree that any legal matters will be handled under Canadian jurisdiction.

Stepping into this circle means entering into sacred agreement – one based on mutual respect, responsibility, and devotion to truth.
